I'm Marcin Rusiecki, an accounting and finance graduate based in Richmond, London.

I set up MR Accounting & Tax because the most common thing I hear from individuals, freelancers, and small business owners is the same: their accountant is expensive, hard to reach, and treats them like a number on a spreadsheet. I wanted to offer something different.

I work directly with every client. There's no team, no junior staff, no handovers. When you send a question, I answer it. When your return or your company accounts are being prepared, I'm the one who prepares them. That's not a marketing promise — it's just how a one-person practice works.

My focus is on individuals, sole traders, and micro limited companies — businesses with up to around 10 people that don't need a large firm, just someone who pays attention, knows the rules, and keeps things simple. That's what I do.

I also speak Polish. Tax is confusing enough in your first language. If you'd prefer to work through your situation in Polish, we can — no translation needed, no awkward halfway conversations.
